Preschoolers attending the Summer Program show the importance of learning through play.  While the children were having fun in the sun and playing together, they were also learning valuable skills.  Those skills will carry them through their school years ahead and well into their adulthood.  It is through play that children develop social, cognitive, dramatic, creative, and movement skills.  They are also building emotional maturity and self-confidence. Through happy, healthy play, children begin a love of learning that can last a lifetime.
